I’ve been coming to Pasquale’s for about 10 years and have always had a good experience, which is why tonight was so disappointing\. I placed an Uber Eats order and the garlic loaf was missing\. I called the restaurant hoping they could simply help me figure out what happened, but I was told they gave it to the Uber driver and there was nothing they could do\. That was basically the end of the conversation\. I understand mistakes happen, and honestly, this wasn’t about the cost of a garlic loaf\. I just wanted to get my boys their garlic bread before they ate their pasta\. What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled and the complete lack of concern or willingness to help a longtime customer\. If the Uber driver did receive the bread and forgot to deliver it, I hope he enjoys it\. But after 10 years of supporting Pasquale’s, I never thought a missing garlic bread and poor customer service would be what turned me away from the restaurant\. I’ve never had an issue here before, which makes this even more disappointing\. Ten years was a good run, but I guess All Star will be gaining our business from now on\.

I stopped here on my way back from my part time job and I must say that this place is really nice. For one it’s super spacious and it smells amazing. Sometimes, lately, you walk into a restaurant and it smells stale, greasy, or the customer service matches the food (in a bad way). This place fits that narrative in a good way. Now about the customer service. I was greeted with a smile and respect. As a service connected veteran, with a service dog, I appreciate that I was acknowledged as a customer and wasn’t asked about my dog until AFTER I placed my order. Furthermore, when I ASKED to pet my animal, the cashier noticed how my dog was at her job and rewarded her with a take home water bowl. I understand this is not a typical treatment given to everyone who walks in here with a dog (the getting a water bowl part), but I do appreciate the care and effort that this establishment offered me as a patron. I was supposed to show you the cheese pill but the pizza didn’t make it. 10/10

I had the pleasure of visiting this pizza place last night around 7PM, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible staff! I accidentally left my purse outside, and the crew went above and beyond to find my contact information and reach out to me. Not only did they track me down but they made sure everything inside my purse including all my cash was safe and intact. I’m so thankful for their honesty, kindness, and care. It’s rare to find such genuine people who truly look out for others. When I picked up my purse just before closing I was so relieved to find everything exactly as I left it. Thank you so much to the whole team for being so thoughtful and sweet! You guys are a an amazing example of excellent customer service! I'll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know. ❤️ Also, the pizza is bomb!

Very good pizza (and salads) in a clean casual location that is roomy and comfortable for families. Had I written this review in the 1990s, it would have said the same thing. This establishment has withstood the test of time. It is as fresh and clean looking now as it was then. I would come here regularly with my family more than 20 years ago and we enjoyed it then and it is still just as good. It takes a lot of hard work, maintenance, and good management to pull that off and Pasquale's has done it. We have also visited the other Pasquale locations in the area and this one is easily the best of them all.

Interior is extremely outdated and needs to be renovated to match the class of competitors. Dough is boring at best. Plastic silverware and do it yourself everything does not provide value of a 20+ dollar cheese pizza. This place seems to have a goal of pumping out as many to go order pizzas as possible rather than in-house dining despite the mass amount of square footage and open tables (rent payments?) There are no waiters or tables service, yet the host that takes your order requests a tip. Service at the front is quite good and it’s nice that they have a selection of draft beers with some good quality. There are other options that provide better value given the overall quality and atmosphere of this location. My instinct is that the mass line of customers picking up orders and the phone lines ringing incessantly, is due to inertia and years of ordering the same thing over and over, rather than really examining the quality of what they’re receiving and trying something new. In a business analysis standpoint, this is a cash cow trying to milk as much as they can while minimizing operating expenses until people catch on.
